One on One Life Coaching

Through my unique “Rooted In Purpose” system, we clarify life-long themes of what brings you joy, hone the skill of intuition to guide both small and large everyday decisions, and recognize how your purpose is already come through you. Then we determine how to bring your expression of life purpose into stuck and stagnant areas of your life so that you feel fulfilled and energized to wake up each day.

Life Purpose Exploration - Workshop in Nature

Let me guide you to an ah-ha awakening of your purpose through activities with other people to engage your soul and allow your truth to flow through you. Monthly Women's Circle

I believe as women, we are stronger together. It is my purpose to connect women - to share our stories, to support each other, and let us be supported. It is so vital to have a community of likeminded women to connect with on a regular basis. It is part of my mission to connect us - to create a network, to allow our souls to rejoice in the comfort of knowing each other. In sharing our thoughts, our desires, our pain, we lesson our own burden and leave each circle a little lighter. These monthly, powerful, circles are free, but I do ask that you register so I know who to expect. I will give you more details then!

The Work That Reconnects was created by Joanna Macy - longtime Buddhist, ecologist, speaker, author, and amazing woman. This work is a process that works in four stages based on a spiral - Gratitude, Honouring our pain for the world, Seeing with new (and ancient) eyes, and Going forth. It is meant to be experienced with others, small or bigger groups, and allows us to connect with each other, non-human beings, and Mother Earth, to support us in expressing our emotions in these difficult times of climate and social collapse, and work towards a just and sustainable world. It is very powerful and very necessary work to truly realize where we are in the world and renew our power towards creating positive change. I will be creating workshop experiences using this process very soon.
